Take advantage of the reduced early bird conference registration rates by registering until 15 October 2021. The late rate will be applicable from 15 October until 31 October 2021.
Payment
All registration fees should be paid in EUR (€) by credit card or Paypal account. VAT is included. An official invoice will be provided within 2 weeks.
The registration fee includes:
- Two-night accommodation at Zacchera Hotel, welcome reception on November 25th, and all coffee breaks and lunches.
- Welcome bag
- The Gala dinner is charged separately
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Cancellations or modifications must be notified to the organizing committee via e-mail to the conference address paracat2021@safood.it
All cancellations received on or before September 15th, 2021 are entitled to a refund after the event, minus a 50 € processing fee. There will be no refund for cancellations after September 15th, 2021, or in case of no show.
In the event that the symposium is cancelled due to a new outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, refunds will be issued minus 50 € to cover the unavoidable expenses incurred.
